How the guarantee works
From the day you buy, you have 60 days to decide whether CogniNectar suits you. If it does not, contact customer care inside that window and your purchase price will be refunded under this policy.
Requesting your refund
- Email support@thecogninectar.com within 60 days of ordering.
- Include your order number and the name used at checkout.
- We will send return steps for your bottles, including empty ones.
- Your refund goes to your original payment method once the return arrives.
